Shipping policy

Alteza Jewelry PR is not responsible for any stolen or lost package that are confirmed as delivered. Customers are responsible if the address entered is incorrect. The customer must pay the shipping costs again if the item was returned for it.

Customer will enjoy free shipping on orders of $35 or more for Puerto Rico and the USA.

Enjoy $4 Flat Rate shipping on orders up to $34.99 for Puerto Rico and to USA.

The $4 shipping cost does not apply to purses. The shipping cost for the purses will be $6.99.

Orders are processed within 1-4 business day after payment is authorized and verified.

After delivering the packages to the post office we are not responsible for the waiting time for delivery.

Shipments will be made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
